猕猴桃花粉贮藏方法比较

摘要 为了提高猕猴桃花粉的贮藏水平,保障其贮藏后的生活力,以猕猴桃雄株品种‘海沃德’的花粉为试材,采用了花粉萌发测定法,比较分析猕猴桃花粉生活力在不同干燥方式及贮藏条件下的差异。结果表明:阴干干燥法所制备的猕猴桃花粉生活力最高,达到了45.85%;烘干干燥法所制备的猕猴桃花粉生活力最低,只有19.45%。-20℃低温贮藏条件能大大延长猕猴桃花粉的生活力,贮藏11月后花粉活力仍能保持在16.58%。贮藏环境有无光照、是否放置硅胶对猕猴桃花粉生活力均无显著性影响。该研究结果对于猕猴桃花粉贮藏技术的选择具有重要参考意义。 To improve storage quality of Actinidia chinensis pollen and to guarantee its viability after storage,pollen from male varieties‘Hayward’of A.chinensis was used as test material for comparative analysis of the differences in the viability under various drying methods and storage conditions via the pollen germination assay.The results showed that findings demonstrated that dryness in the shade produced the most viable A.chinensis pollen,reached 45.85%,while the oven-drying method produced the least viable pollen(19.45%).The A.chinensis pollen’s vitality was considerably prolonged by the low-temperature storage settings at -20℃and stayed at 16.58% after 11 months of storage.The vitality of A.chinensis pollen was unaffected significantly by the storage environment with or without light and silica gel.The results of this study have important reference implications for the selection of pollen storage techniques for A.chinensis.
