苏轼的饮食诗,主要指其专门书写饮食的诗作,也兼顾那些提及饮食的诗作。从苏轼饮食诗中不同类型的“地方”入手,进一步探究诗中所写的饮食实践和饮食交往使饮食和地方产生的深层联结,进而充分认识苏轼通过饮食建立地方认同的难度和复杂性。这种从“人地关系”分析宋人诗歌的尝试,有助于揭示苏轼饮食诗中过去相对为人们所忽视的意义,对分析以日常生活为书写对象的部分宋代诗歌,也不无启示。

SU Shi's dietetic poems mainly refer to his specialized poems on diet,as well as those that mention diet.Starting from the different types of“place”in SU Shi's dietetic poems,this study further explores the deep relationships between diet and place through the dietary practices and interactions depicted in the poems,and fully understands the difficulty and complexity of SU Shi's establishment of local identity through diet.This is an attempt to analyze poetry in the Song Dynasty from the perspective of the relationship between people and place.It helps to reveal the relatively overlooked significance of SU Shi's dietetic poems in the past.There is also some inspiration for analyzing those poems in the Song Dynasty that focus on daily life.
