Design and analysis of the elevator of horizontal moving mechanical parking equipment

升降机作为平面移动类机械式停车设备的重要组成部分,主要用来实现将车辆从出入口交换区所在层升降至相应停车楼层的功能,从而实现汽车的智能存取。升降机的设计主要考虑升降速度、额定载重、升降行程、外形尺寸等参数,其中作为出入口使用的升降机还需具备防坠落功能。文中通过对平面移动类机械式停车设备升降机的设计分析,详细阐述了该类型升降机的设计要点与性能。

As an important part of horizontal moving mechanical parking equipment,elevator is mainly used to lift vehicles from the floor where the entrance and exit exchange area is located to the corresponding parking floor,so as to realize intelligent access of vehicles.In the design,the parameters such as vertical speed,rated load,lifting stroke,overall size and so on are mainly considered,and the elevator used as the entrance and exit should also have the anti-falling function.In this paper,through the design analysis of the elevator of horizontal moving mechanical parking equipment,the design points and performance of this type of elevator are explained in detail.
