提升我国强制亲职教育专业化的路径选择——以《责令接受家庭教育指导令》为对象

摘要 强制亲职教育以《责令接受家庭教育指导令》的执行为标志。司法实践中,指导令的执行在主体、内容方式、时长次数以及效果评估方面存在不足。为提升我国强制亲职教育的专业化,助力未成年人保护工作的开展,规范指导令的执行有其重要意义。培养专业人才、制定层级性教育内容、保证持续性教育时长、实现全面性教育评估是实现指导令执行专业化的关键也是提升我国强制亲职教育专业化的路径选择。 Compulsory parental education is marked by the implementation of the“Order to Accept Fami⁃ly Education Guidance”.In judicial practice,there are deficiencies in the execution of guidance orders in terms of subject,content,duration,frequency,and effectiveness evaluation.To enhance the professionalization of compulsory parental education in China and assist in the protection of minors,it is of great significance to standardize the implementation of guidance orders.Cultivating professional talents,formulating hierarchi⁃cal education content,ensuring the duration of continuous education,and achieving comprehensive educa⁃tion evaluation are the key to achieve the professionalization of guiding order execution,as well as the path choice to enhance the professionalization of compulsory parental education in China.
