随着经济社会的快速发展,城市面貌日新月异,我国城市社区治理模式也由传统的政府管理逐步转为多元主体共治的自治模式。新时代城市社区治理需要发挥党建引领的核心作用,构建社会组织、社区居民参与社区治理的多元化格局,积极推进基层智慧社区等建设,进一步完善基层社会治理体系,提升社会治理效能。

With the rapid development of economy and society,the urban landscape changes with each passing day.Every community at the grass-root level is actively exploring the development mode that con⁃forms to its own reality.The governance mode of urban community in China has gradually transformed from traditional government management to the autonomous community governed by multi-subjects.Urban community governance in the new era needs to give play to the core role of Party building guidance in community governance,build a diversified pattern of multi-social organizations and residents participating in community governance,actively promote the construction of smart communities at the grassroots level,fur⁃ther improve the social governance system at the grass-root level,and enhance the effectiveness of social governance.
