摘要
研讨生物质颗粒、原煤、废液混合研磨制水煤浆技术,生物质颗粒按占比原煤的1%、3%、5%进行成浆性实验。研究结果表明:生物质颗粒占原煤加入量的1%时,煤浆黏度为700~1200mPa·s,流动性较好,无沉淀产生,各项原料指标满足水煤浆入炉标准,完全能够满足水煤浆生产工艺要求。
The technology of grinding biomass particle and raw coal,mixing them with waste liquid to make coal water slurry was discussed.Blend the biomass particle with coal at the ratio of 1%,3%and 5%respectively to test its slurry property.The result shows that when the biomass particles accounts for 1%of the raw coal,the coal slurry viscosity is 700~1200 mPa·s,with good fluidity,no precipitation,and all the raw material indicators meeting the coal water slurry furnace standards,fully meeting the requirements of coal water slurry production process.
