摘要
压力容器制造需经过筒体成形、分段预制和整体成形等环节,期间,经常需要设置临时吊耳以辅助筒体和预制段的吊装或翻转放倒等工作。对于大直径的压力容器,因直径大、薄壁等因素,设置临时吊耳时,对吊耳的结构形式、安装位置等都会有一些特殊要求。经探究,改变原临时吊耳的结构形式和安装位置,可避免因临时吊耳设置不当给壳体造成不可逆的凹陷变形,以满足安全生产和实际操作的要求。
Pressure vessel manufacture needs to go through several process such as shell forming,sectionalized prefabrication and integral forming etc.During this period,it is often necessary to set temporary lifting lugs to assist the lifting or overturning of the shell and prefabricated sections.Due to large diameter,thin wall and other factors,when setting temporary lifting lugs,there will be some special requirements for the structural type and installation position of lifting lugs.This article explores how to change the structural type and installation position of the original temporary lifting lugs to avoid irreversible concave deformation of the shell caused by improper setting of the temporary lifting lugs,and meet the requirements of safe production and practical operation.
