火星降落伞无限质量开伞强度模拟试验方法

摘要 由于环境的差异性,在地球条件下进行火星降落伞的强度验证难度较大,需要在低动压条件下模拟无限质量开伞过程。为有效模拟火星降落伞开伞工作条件,本研究开展了相关试验技术研究,提出了空投试验方法可以作为火星无限质量开伞强度验证的有效手段。研究分析了试验模型质量对无限质量开伞过程的影响,明确了试验模型的质量规模,通过弹道打靶仿真分析对开伞条件偏差进行了研究,并提出了准确控制方法。基于本研究的空投试验方案成功实施了8次火星降落伞强度验证,获得的试验数据为我国火星天问一号降落伞强度评估提供了充分有力的支撑,试验的成功实施表明空投试验技术能够作为火星无限质量开伞强度验证方法。 Due to environmental differences,it is difficult to verify the strength of a Mars parachute under the Earth conditions,and it is necessary to simulate the infinite mass parachute opening process under low dynamic pressure conditions.In order to effectively simulate the working conditions of Mars parachute opening,the authors conducted relevant experimental technology research and proposed that the airdrop test method can be an effective means of verifying the strength of Mars infinite mass parachute opening.The article analyzes the impact of the quality of the experimental model on the infinite mass parachute opening process,clarifies the quality scale of the experimental model,studies the deviation of parachute opening conditions through ballistic target simulation analysis,and proposes accurate control methods.Based on the airdrop test plan proposed in this article,eight Mars parachute strength verifications have been successfully implemented.The obtained test data provide sufficient and powerful support for the strength evaluation of China s Mars Tianwen 1 parachute.The successful implementation of the experiment indicates that the airdrop test technology can serve as a strength verification method for Mars infinite mass parachute opening.
