摘要
目的:系统评价影响远程医疗患者满意度的主要因素。方法:基于“结构-过程-结果”理论,对远程医疗患者满意度影响因素相关研究文献进行Meta分析。结果:纳入12项相关研究,共计4981例样本;Meta分析结果显示,结构维度的感知系统质量和资费感知、过程维度的感知易用性和感知交互性、结果维度的感知服务质量、感知有用性和感知价值是影响远程医疗患者满意度的主要因素。结论:当前证据表明,远程医疗服务的结构、过程、结果质量均能影响患者满意度,建议采取措施提升远程医疗的结构、过程、结果质量,进一步提高患者对远程医疗的满意度。
Objective To systematically evaluate the main factors affecting patient satisfaction in telemedicine.Methods Based on the"structure-process-result"theory,a meta-analysis was conducted on the relevant research literature on the influencing factors of patient satisfaction in telemedicine.Results 12 cross-sectional studies were included,with a total of 4981 samples.The results of meta-analysis showed that perceived system quality and fee perception in the structural dimension,perceived ease of use and perceived interactivity in the process dimension,perceived service quality,perceived usefulness and perceived value in the result dimension were main factors affecting patient satisfaction in telemedicine.Conclusion The evidence shows that the structure,process and result quality of telemedicine services can affect patient satisfaction.It is recommended to take measures to improve the structure,process,and result quality of telemedicine services,and further improve patient satisfaction of telemedicine.
