摘要
多学科运营管理是公立医院实现高质量发展目标的必经之路。A医院将临床多学科诊疗模式运用到医院运营管理中,取得了较好的成效,为大型公立医院多学科运营管理提供了思路和方法:组建有研究能力的多学科运营管理队伍,健全纵向到底、横向到边的多学科运营管理组织架构,持续精细化信息系统建设,助力医院实现高质量发展目标。
