The incorporation of socialist core values into judicial documents can enhance the persuasiveness of judicial decisions,and is also an important part of the interpretation and reasoning of judicial documents in the era of law,at the same time,it is beneficial to promote the guiding function of socialist core values in the national gov-ernance by means of judicial documents.As to the judicial documents,such as the ambiguity of ideographic expres-sion,the poor integration and the lack of reasoning,judicial adjudicators should accurately grasp the premise and necessity of integrating socialist core values into judicial decisions,accurately apply socialist core values in differ-ent cases and effectively link up with the cases,to promote the value of the judicial guidance and persuasion.
