新能源电池电解液废气治理工程实例分析

摘要 结合某新能源电池厂电解液真空泵尾气治理的改造经验,总结了该类废气的污染特性,确定了一种新型的组合式废气处理工艺,即冷凝+滤筒除油+碱洗水解+TO炉+高温布袋除尘。利用红外式可燃气体浓度检测仪对废气入口可燃组分进行分析,最终确定该类废气的质量浓度为20479.5~23746.9 mg/m^(3)(以碳酸二甲酯计)。经长时间运行,非甲烷总烃的去除效率高达99.75%,排放质量浓度低于20 mg/m^(3)。 Based on the renovation experience of the electrolyte vacuum pump exhaust treatment in a new energy battery factory,the pollution characteristics of this type of exhaust were summarized,and a new combined exhaust treatment process was determined,which was condensation+oil removal by filter cartridge+alkaline washing hydrolysis+TO furnace+dust removal by high-temperature bag.The infrared combustible gas concentration detector was used to analyze the combustible components at the inlet of the exhaust,and the final mass concentration of the exhaust was determined to be 20479.5-23746.9 mg/m^(3)(taking dimethyl carbonate as the basis).After long-term operation,the removal efficiency of non methane total hydrocarbons is as high as 99.75%,and the emission mass concentration is less than 20 mg/m^(3).
