摘要 本文就国际组织和国际社会对教师功能、角色的最新期待开展探究梳理,涵盖了世界要求教师对人脑学习、课程教学、数字教育、实验迭代、社会情感、学校功能的再认识,以及将教师视作知识生产者等七个维度。教师作为推动教育革新和进步的核心要素,这些新期待对其教学策略、角色功能以及职责任务产生了重大影响。研究发现,国际社会逐渐意识到,唯有教师增进上述诸方面的新认知、担当起新职责,并且从单一的知识传播者转变提升为多元的知识生产者和传播者,才能对每个学生的培养、对教育实践的改革、对世界的阐释与发展作出不可或缺的贡献。通过剖析这些世界新期待,对教师的专业发展和教师教育的改革提出了前瞻性建议,以期助力教师更加有效地应对当前和未来的教育挑战。 The paper tries to sort out the latest expectations of international communities on teachers,teachers'new roles and functions,which emerges in seven aspects,such as the study of brain learning mechanism,updated understanding of curriculum and teaching,digital education,school experiment iteration,social and emotional care,school functions,and regarding teacher as knowledge producer.It is founded that the international community gradually realized that teachers should deepen their understanding and take new roles in the seven aspects,and expand their role from single knowledge imparters to both producers and imparters of knowledge.Only with these changes,would teachers be able to make greater contributions in promoting every student's all-round and individualized development,promoting educational reform and development,and elucidating the change and meanings of the world.The new expectations are not only important for teacher professional development,but also to improving education quality and reforming teacher education in the new era.
