数字人民币发展对人民币国际化的影响研究

Research on the Impact of the Development of Digital RMB on RMB Internationalization

作为全球第二大经济体,我国的主权货币具有成为国际货币的可能性,强大的经济实力并保持宏观经济稳定是实现货币国际化的根本保证。经过十几年的国际化历程,人民币目前是国际支付第五大活跃货币、第五大国际储备货币、全球第五大交易货币,在特别提款权货币篮子中的权重排名第三,人民币国际地位稳步提高,展望未来,人民币国际化还有较大的发展空间,加之数字人民币的研发和试点不断推进,有望进一步提升人民币国际化程度。本文基于数字人民币和人民币国际化发展概况,分析了人民币国际化的优势,并提出数字人民币助力人民币国际化的路径及其挑战与思考。

China is the world’s second-largest economy.China’s sovereign currency can become an international currency.Strong economic strength and macroeconomic stability are the fundamental guarantees to achieve currency internationalization.After more than ten years of internationalization,RMB is currently the fifth-largest active currency in international payment,the fifth-largest international reserve currency,and the fifth-largest trading currency in the world.It ranks third in the special drawing right currencies.The international status of the RMB has steadily improved.In the future,there is still much room for the development of RMB internationalization.In addition,the research and development of digital RMB and the continuous advancement of pilot projects have made it possible to improve RMB internationalization.Based on the development of digital RMB and RMB internationalization,this paper further analyzes the advantages of RMB internationalization and puts forward the paths of digital RMB to help RMB internationalization as well as the challenges and refl ections.
