数字经济推动共同富裕实现的路径探析

作为信息时代拉动经济增长的重要力量,数字经济在推进共同富裕进程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,就现实发展状况而言,两者是协调统一的,数字经济为共同富裕筑牢物质基础,共同富裕为数字经济指引目标和方向,但目前存在着总体数字化水平有待提升、平台垄断数字红利和数字鸿沟拉大收入差距的问题。本文在我国扎实推进共同富裕的背景下,从完善法律规章制度,规范数字经济发展;弥合数字鸿沟缩小地区差异;发展高水平数字经济,建设现代化数字中国等方面来解决数字经济在推动共同富裕实现过程中面临的现实困境。

As an important force driving economic growth in the information age,the digital economy plays a pivotal role in promoting the process of common prosperity,and in terms of the actual development situation,the two are coordinated and unified,with the digital economy building a solid material foundation for the common prosperity,and the common prosperity guiding the goal and direction of the digital economy.However,at present,there are problems such as weak digitalization,the platform monopoly of digital dividends,and digital divides widening income gaps.This paper is to solve the practical dilemmas faced by the digital economy in promoting the realization of common prosperity in China by perfecting laws and regulations,regulating the development of the digital economy,bridging digital divides to narrow regional differences,developing a high-quality digital economy,and building a modernized digital China,etc.,in the solid promotion of common prosperity in China.
