海南省数字贸易发展水平测度与提升对策探析

Analysis of the Measurement of Digital Trade’s Development Level and Countermeasures for Enhancement in Hainan Province

全球数字经济的不断发展推动了国际贸易的转型升级,数字贸易逐渐成为国际贸易的主流形态。本文分析了海南省数字贸易的发展现状,构建了数字贸易发展水平测度体系,测度了海南省2010—2021年数字贸易发展水平,选取了国内数字贸易发展水平高的省份作为对比,找出差距、剖析影响因素,在此基础上探索提升海南省数字贸易发展水平的可行对策,以供参考。

The continuous development of the global digital economy has promoted the transformation and upgrading of international trade,and digital trade has gradually become the mainstream form of international trade.This paper analyses the development status of digital trade in Hainan Province,constructs a measurement system of digital trade’s development level,measures the development level of digital trade in Hainan Province from 2010 to 2021,and selects the provinces with the high level of digital trade development in China as a comparison to find out the gaps,analyze the influencing factors,and explore feasible countermeasures to enhance the development of digital trade in Hainan Province on this basis,for reference.
