少数民族地区生态旅游与康养产业融合发展研究——以浙江景宁为例

Research on the Integrated Development of Ecotourism and Health Industry in Ethnic Minority Regions:A Case Study of Jingning in Zhejiang

少数民族地区实施“生态旅游+康养产业”融合发展的“双核”模式,是“十四五”期间实现乡村跨越式高质量发展的必然选择。文章以浙江景宁为例,通过梳理其自然资源、民族文化资源及生态康养旅游市场前景,论证两者融合的现实可行性。应从资源、技术、市场、文化方面找准两者结合点,从目标需求、组织管理、人才招引、盈利模式方面剖析由此产生的融合、资金、创新、人才等问题。在此基础上,从加强康旅品牌建设、完善产业融合政策、引导金融资源聚集、健全人才引育机制等方面,探索生态康养旅游发展的现实路径。

Implementing a dual core model of integrated development of"ecotourism+health industry"in ethnic minority areas is an inevitable choice for achieving leapfrog high-quality development in rural areas during the 14th Five Year Plan period.The paper takes Jingning in Zhejiang as an example to demonstrate the practical feasibility of integrating ecotourism and health industry by sorting out its natural resources,ethnic cultural resources,and ecological health tourism market prospects.Efforts should be made to identify the integration point between health preservation and tourism from resources,technology,market,and culture,while analyzing the issues related to integration,funding,innovation,and talent arising from target demands,organizational management,talent attraction,and profit models.Building on this foundation,practical pathways for the development of ecotourism and health preservation should be explored,including strengthening brand construction,improving policies for industry integration,guiding the concentration of financial resources,and enhancing talent cultivation mechanisms.
