差异走向高低:地域歧视的社会建构逻辑——基于“河南人被歧视”现象的审视

Diverging Paths of High and Low:Social Construction of Regional Discrimination:An Examination based on the Phenomenon of"Discrimination Against Henan People"

地域歧视并非简单的个体层面的地域偏见或心理问题,而是植根于经济社会结构的价值秩序问题,是特定价值取向对差异的“确认”。文章以“河南人被歧视”为例,考察这一现象的生成与演进,分析区域分化、地域污名、区别对待等地域歧视动力源,探讨地域歧视现象既是区域发展失衡的表现,又是文化价值问题。研究发现,地域歧视是基于地域差异而形成的一种“区别对待”的文化价值偏差取向,从区域分化到地域歧视,从外在差异到道德异类,是社会问题的相互转化,也是地域歧视的社会建构过程。

Regional discrimination is not a simple individual-level regional prejudice or psychological problem.It is rather a problem deeply rooted in the value order of economic and social structures,and it represents the"validation"of specific value orientations towards dfferences.This paper takes"discrimination against Henan people"as an example to examine the emergence and evolution of this phenomenon.It analyzes the driving forces behind regional discrimination,such as regional differentiation,regional stigma,and differential treatment.It explores how regional discrimination is not only a manifestation of regional development imbalances but also a cultural and values issue.The research findings reveal that regional discrimination is a cultural value bias orientation based on regional differences,which manifests as a'differential treatment'.It demonstrates how social issues transform from regional differentiation to regional discrimination,from external differences to moral distinctions.This transformation represents the mutual conversion of social problems and is a part of the social construction process of regional discrimination.
