摘要
以稻壳为原材料对染料废水中的亚甲基蓝进行吸附研究.考察了稻壳粒径、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、pH和初始浓度对染料废水的吸附效果,并对其进行了动力学研究.结果表明,最佳吸附条件为:初始浓度为100mg·L^(-1),吸附剂用量为0.125 g,吸附时间为2 h,pH=6.动力学研究表明,稻壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合准二级动力学方程,其平衡吸附量达到32.787 mg·g^(-1).
The potential use of low cost activated carbon prepared from the rice husk for the removal of Methylene Blue wastes was studied in the paper.Rice husk activated carbon was prepared by sodium hydroxide activation using common rice husk as raw material.It was investigated in the dye wastewater by different condition of particle size,adsorption time,adsorbent dosage,pH and initial concentration.The experimental results show that the best adsorption conditions are as follows the particle size is 60 mesh,adsorption time is 2 h,adsorbent dosage is O.125g,pH is 6 and initial concentration is 100mg·L^(-1).The kinetic data of the adsorption kinetics of methylene blue could be fitted with a quasi two order kinetic equation with time,the equilibrium adsorption amount is up to 32.787mg·g^(-1).
