合成类食品着色剂标准样品的现状及发展方向

Present Situation and Development Direction of Reference Materials for Synthetic Food Colorant

食品着色剂标准物质可用于检测和评价食品中合成色素含量和质量,具有重要的科学和技术意义。我国已经建立了一套完整的食品着色剂标准用的标准样品体系,但目前仍存在着种类不足、数量不够、稳定性不高、可溯源性不强等问题。综述了国内外食品着色剂标准样品的研究现状,分析当前存在的问题,提出未来的发展趋势与方向。

Reference materials for food colorant,which are used to detect and evaluate the content and quality of synthetic colorants in food,have important scientific and technical significance.China has established a complete set of reference material system for food colorant standards,but there are still some problems such as insufficient varieties,insufficient quantity,low stability and weak traceability.This paper reviewed the current research status of reference materials for food colorant at home and abroad,analyzed the current problems and proposed future development trends and directions.
