lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA网络在三阴性乳腺癌中的潜在调控作用

摘要 三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)是具有侵袭性的一种乳腺癌亚型,其特征是复发率和转移率较高。非编码RNA特别是长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)和microRNAs(miRNA)是人类基因转录组的主要组成部分,能与调节健康和疾病的编码转录本相互作用。近年来,研究证实,lncRNA、miRNA和mRNA之间复杂的调控网络在TNBC发生发展的不同方面起着重要作用,但其潜在的分子机制尚未阐明。该文主要综述了lncRNA、miRNA及其下游mRNA之间调控关系的最新研究进展,并强调了lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA网络在TNBC发生发展及诊疗中的潜在作用,旨在为了解TNBC的发病机制和开发新的诊断与治疗策略提供重要线索。 Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is an aggressive subtype of breast cancer characterized by a high rate of recurrence and metastasis.Noncoding RNA,especially long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)and microRNA(miRNA),are major components of the human gene transcriptome and can interact with coding transcripts that regulate health and disease.A large number of studies have confirmed that the complex regulatory network among lncRNA,miRNA and mRNA plays a role in different aspects of TNBC development,but its underlying molecular mechanism has not yet been elucidated.In this article,the latest research progress on the regulatory relationship among lncRNA,miRNA and downstream mRNA is mainly reviewed,and emphasized the potential role of lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA network in the occurrence,development,diagnosis and treatment of TNBC,aims to provide important clues for understanding the pathogenesis of TNBC and developing new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
