论《尚书》的治国理政思想

On the Thought of Riiing the Country in the Book of Shangshu

《尚书》很多内容论及治国理政之道。治国理政应当取法政通人和、政绩显著的尧、舜,而以恶政亡国的桀、纣为戒。《尚书》的治国理政有修德、以身作则、重视古训典、勤政、公正、行赏得当、选贤任能、从谏如流等原则。以民为本是《尚书》中治国理政的重要内容,施政应当重民、敬畏民,养民、对民众教化引导,对民众慎用刑罚。

Much of the Shangshu discusses the way of ruling a country.It is important to take Yao and Shun,who made remarkable achievements,and Jie and Zhou,who lost their countries due to their bad governance,as a warn-ing to govern the country.The principles of governance in the Shangshu include cultivating virtue,leading by ex-ample,emphasizing ancient teachings,diligence,fairness,appropriate rewards and rewards,selecting and appoint-ing the wise and capable,and accepting advice.Taking the people as the basis is the important content of the state governance in Shangshu,and the governance should emphasize the people,respect the people,nourish the people,educate and guide the people,and cautiously use the penalties on the people.
