摘要
针对目前三维激光扫描技术在项目应用过程中系统性研究不足、宏观研究较少等问题,本文对三维激光扫描技术在不动产测绘中的应用展开系统性研究。通过优化地面三维激光扫描复杂建筑物过程中的站点布设、站点迁移路线,在不增加工作量的前提下提高扫描重叠度;并通过改进数据处理流程,降低三维激光点云数据冗余,提升数据处理效率。将该方法应用于某地区农村不动产测绘,通过分析数据精度验证该方法的可行性,为三维激光扫描技术在大型高精度测绘项目中的应用提供参考。
Aiming at the lack of systematic research and less macroscopic research in the current project application process of 3D laser scanning technology,this paper systematically studies the application of 3D laser scanning technology in high-precision surveying and mapping.By optimizing the site layout and site migration route methods in the process of ground 3D laser scanning of complex buildings,the scanning overlap is greatly improved without increasing the workload;and by improving the data processing process,the data redundancy of 3D laser point cloud is reduced,and the data processing efficiency is improved.The method is applied to rural real estate surveying and mapping,and the data accuracy is analyzed to verify the feasibility of the method,which provides a reference for the application of 3D laser scanning technology in high-precision large-scale surveying and mapping projects.
