上海市社区智慧养老服务存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Shanghai Community Smart Elderly Care Services

在人口老龄化的时代背景下,传统的养老服务模式已经难以满足老年人群体的日常需求,因此一种新兴的养老服务模式--智慧养老服务模式应运而生。通过对试点城市上海进行研究,分析社区智慧养老服务面临的问题和短板,提出加大社区智慧养老服务宣传力度、打造专业人才服务队伍、注重老年人不同层次的需求、对科学技术不断深入研发、政府支持等措施,以期优化上海市社区智慧养老服务模式。

In the context of an aging population,traditional elderly care service models are no longer able to meet the daily needs of the elderly population.Therefore,an emerging elderly care service model—the smart elderly care service model has emerged.By conducting research on the pilot city of Shanghai,this study analyzes the problems and shortcomings faced by community smart elderly care services,and proposes measures such as increasing the promotion of community smart elderly care services,building a professional talent service team,paying attention to the needs of the elderly at different levels,continuously deepening research and development of science and technology,and government support,in order to optimize the community smart elderly care service model in Shanghai.
