加味芍药甘草汤联合浮针对中风后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction Combined with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling on Patients with StageI Post-Stroke Shoulder Hand Syndrome

目的 探讨加味芍药甘草汤联合浮针对中风后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的疗效。方法 选择2019年1月—2022年3月青州市中医院82例中风肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者,用随机摸球法分对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组予以浮针治疗,观察组予以加味芍药甘草汤联合浮针治疗,治疗4周。评价疗效、不良反应及Fugl-Meyer评测(FMA)上肢、肩手综合征量表(SHSS)、肩周活动度。结果 观察组临床总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(85.37%,P <0.05)。治疗后,两组FMA上肢部分、SHSS评分均优于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组改善情况均优于对照组(P <0.01)。治疗后,两组肩周外展活动度、上举活动度均优于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组改善均优于对照组(P <0.01)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 加味芍药甘草汤联合浮针可以提高中风后肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling on the patients with stage I post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with stagel post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome treated in the Qingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected and randomized into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=41).The control group received Fu's subcutaneous needling,and the observation group was treated with modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score of the upper limb,Shoulder Hand Syndrome Scale(SHSS)score,and shoulder joint range of motion were determined after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The observation group had higher total response rate than the control group(97.56%vs.85.37%,P<0.05).The treatment in both groups improved the FMA score of the upper limb,SHSS score,and the shoulder abduction activity and lifting activity(P<0.05),and the observation group outperformed the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling demonstrates a definite therapeutic effect on the patients with stage l post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome.
