破格救心汤的临床应用进展及作用机制探讨

Clinical Application Progress and Mechanism of Poge Jiuxin Decoction

破格救心汤是现代中医急救久负盛名的方剂之一,可用于救治呼吸、循环及全身衰竭。目前,临床应用范围已有新的拓展,其临床应用、作用机制仍是中医急救领域的研究热点。最近5年内,在中国知网、万方、PubMed数据库中检索“破格救心汤,临床,研究”,有42篇文献;按纳入及排除标准,纳入研究24篇。现对此方剂临床应用新进展、作用机制进行探讨,以供中医急危重症领域的临床工作者参考。

Poge Juexin Decoction is one of the well-known modern Chinese medicinal prescriptions for emergency treatment and has gained a reputation for its efficacy.It can be used to rescue patients suffering from respiratory,circulatory,and systemic failures.Currently,its clinical applications have been further expanded,and its clinical use and mechanisms of action remain a hot topic of research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emergency treatment.In the last five years,42 articles related to Poge Juexin Decoction,clinical applications,and research were retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,and PubMed.Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,24 studies were included.This paper discussed the new developments in the clinical application and mechanisms of action of this prescription,aiming to provide references for clinical practitioners in the field of TCM for critical and severe diseases.
