摘要
主要考虑癌侵袭过程中发挥着重要作用的侵袭伪足及其形成过程.侵袭伪足的形成需要几个过程,包括肌动蛋白重组,细胞外基质(ECM)的退化,和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的激活等等.考虑具有复杂机制的癌细胞侵袭并建立数学模型,这里出现两个正反馈循环,通过数值模拟来观察了这些正反馈循环对察癌细胞侵袭伪足形成的影响.
In this paper,mainly consider the formation of invadopodia,which is crucial to cancer cell invasion.The formation of invadopodia requires several process,including actin reorganization,degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM),and activation of matrix metalloproteinases(MMP).We considered the invasion of cancer cells with complex mechanisms and established a mathematical model.There are two positive feedback loops,we mainly observed the influence of these positive feedback loops on the formation of invadopodia via numerical simulations.
