摘要
植物病害发生发展的过程就是植物和病原微生物之间相互作用的过程。过去十年间,植物和病原微生物分子互作在植物细胞表面受体激发免疫、胞内受体激发免疫、系统获得性免疫和病原微生物效应因子激发的感病机制解析等方面取得了长足的进展。在知识积累的基础上,抗病分子设计方面也积累了不少成功的案例。
Plant-pathogenic microbe interactions underlie plant diseases.During the past decade,the re-search field of plant-pathogenic microbe interactions progresses rapidly in dissecting mechanisms of plant cell-surface receptor triggered immunity,intracellular receptor triggered immunity,systemic acquired resistance,and pathogen effector-triggered susceptibility.The application in molecular design of crop re-sistance has also been exemplified.
