摘要
乙烯是植物中激素之一,它是由植物合成的烯烃气体,并影响植物的各种发育过程。作为第一个被发现在乙烯信号转导过程中起正调控作用的关键因子,同时也是乙烯信号转导通路的核心调节因子,EIN2(ethylene insensitive 2)在乙烯信号转导机制中起着十分重要的作用。除了参与乙烯信号转导通路,EIN2还参与脱落酸和茉莉酸等其他信号转导通路。目前对EIN2蛋白的研究仍是学术界的一大热点,但是到目前为止,EIN2蛋白发挥生理功能的作用机制仍有些不清楚。本文重点介绍EIN2蛋白参与的乙烯信号转导通路及其他通路、EIN2蛋白的重要结构域及其功能、结构研究意义和展望等,为EIN2蛋白的其他研究提供理论参考和借鉴。
Ethylene is one of the hormones in plants.It is an olefin gas synthesized by plants and affects various developmental processes of plants.As the first key factor found to play a positive regulatory role in ethylene signal transduction,EIN2 is also the central regulator of the ethylene signal pathway and plays a very important role in the ethylene signal transduction mechanism.In addition to ethylene signaling,EIN2 is also involved in other signaling pathways such as abscisic acid signaling pathway and Jasmonic acid signaling pathway and so on.At present,the study of EIN2 protein is still a hot spot in the academic circle,but so far,the mechanism of EIN2 protein's physiological function is still not clear.In this paper,the ethylene signaling pathway and other pathways involved in EIN2 protein,the important structural domains of EIN2 protein and their functions the significance and prospect of structural research are mainly intro-duced,so as to provide theoretical reference for other studies on EIN2 protein.
