摘要
湖南省某给水厂设计总规模6万m^(3)/d,近期规模3万m^(3)/d,厂区用地紧张,需采用省地处理工艺,通过技术经济比较,沉淀池采用侧向流倒V型斜板沉淀工艺。该工艺基于浅池沉淀原理,改进侧向流斜板沉淀工艺,通过独特的倒V型斜板构造,实现水路和泥路分离,避免淤泥堵塞。对比同规模下平流沉淀池和斜管(板)沉淀池优缺点,侧向流倒V型斜板沉淀池具有节省用地、沉淀效率高、布置灵活、工程费用中等和运行费用低等优点。
The design capacity of water plant in Hunan province is 6×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the first phase capacity is 3×10^(4)m^(3)/d.The space of water plant is limited.To solve the problem,a side flow inverted V-shaped plate sedimentation process was applied in sedimentation tank after techno-economic comparison.The lateral flow inclined plate sedimentation process was improved based on the principle of shallow pool sedimentation.The unique inverted V-shaped plate structure separates the waterway and muddy road,and avoids the sludge clogging.The side flow inverted V-shaped plate sedimentation tank reveals the advantages on saving space,high precipitation efficiency,flexi-bility,moderate engineering cost and low operation cost comparing with a horizontal flow sedimen-tation tank and a lateral flow inclined plate sedimentation tank.Thus,the tank has good engineer-ing application prospects.
