摘要
矿井水产生于煤炭开采过程中,在缺水的陕蒙矿区,可以作为水资源加以利用。介绍了某煤矿的井下水处理工程,该工程建设在矿井闲置巷道内,主体采用多介质过滤-超滤-反渗透,设计时充分考虑矿井巷道特点,电气防爆等级高、工艺设备管道布置合理、维护维修方便,最终产水达到回用要求,脱盐率98%,矿井水处理系统建成后,运行成本3.356元/m^(3)H_(2)O,每年节省水费172万元,节省电费60万元,具有良好的经济效益。
Mine water is generated in the process of coal mining,and can be used as water re-sources in the water-scarce Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia mining area.This paper introduces the under-ground water treatment project of a coal mine,which is built in the idle roadway of the mine,the main body adopts multi-media filtration-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis,the design fully considers the characteristics of the mine roadway,high electrical explosion-proof level,reasonable layout of process equipment pipelines,convenient maintenance and repair,the final water production meets the requirements of reuse,the salt rejection rate is 98%,after the completion of the mine water treatment system,the operating cost is 3.356 yuan/m^(3) H_(2)O,saving 1.72 million yuan in water costs and 600,o00 yuan in electricity costs per year,which has good economic benefits.
