Analysis and enlightenment of flue gas emission standard of sewage sludge incineration in the United States

介绍了美国污泥处理处置的总体情况,简要分析美国环保法规体系,并对比中美污泥焚烧烟气排放标准,同时对比分析了美国污泥焚烧烟气排放标准和垃圾焚烧烟气排放标准,最后提出了美国污泥焚烧烟气排放标准的针对性制定对我国污泥焚烧烟气排放标准的启示。从美国污泥焚烧烟气排放浓度的限值、中美污泥焚烧处理工程烟气排放浓度的实际情况看,我国污泥焚烧处理烟气排放标准仍有很大的提升空间。

This paper first introduces the general situation of sludge treatment and disposal in the United States,then briefly analyzes the environmental protection regulations system in the United States,compares and analyzes the flue gas emission standards of sludge incineration in Chi-na and the United States,and at the same time,compares and analyzes the flue gas emission stand-ards of sludge incineration and the flue gas emission standards of waste incineration in the United States,and finally puts forward the enlightenment of the targeted formulation of the flue gas emis-sion standards of sludge incineration in the United States on the flue gas emission standards of sludge incineration in China.From the limits of flue gas emission concentration from sludge incin-eration in the United States and the actual situation of flue gas emission concentration from sludge incineration treatment projects in China and the United States,there is great room for improvement in China's flue gas emission standards for sludge incineration treatment.
