阶梯式言语康复联合抗阻运动规律康复训练对帕金森病患者的影响

The effect of stepped speech rehabilitation combined with resisted movement regularity rehabilitation on patients with Parkinson′s disease

目的:探究阶梯式言语康复联合抗阻运动规律康复训练对帕金森病患者语言功能、协调平衡能力及日常生活能力的影响。方法:通过便利抽样的方法选取南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院2020年3月至2021年10月期间神经内科收治的150例帕金森病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为两组,对照组75例患者在住院治疗期间进行常规护理干预,试验组75例患者在常规护理基础上进行阶梯式言语康复联合抗阻运动规律康复训练,干预时间为12周,评估患者干预前后语言功能改变,比较患者干预前后平衡能力和日常生活能力。结果:干预前,两组患者嗓音障碍指数各维度和总评分、言语表达评分、言语清晰度评分、平衡功能评分和日常生活能力评分对比,组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预12周后,试验组患者嗓音障碍指数各维度和总评分均明显低于对照组,言语表达评分明显低于对照组,言语清晰度评分明显高于对照组,平衡功能和日常生活能力评分均明显高于对照组,各指标对比组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对帕金森病患者进行阶梯式言语康复联合抗阻运动规律康复训练,可有效促进患者语言功能的改善,提高患者的协调平衡能力和日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of stepped speech rehabilitation combined with resistance exercise regularity rehabilitation training on language function,coordination and balance ability and daily living ability of patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with Parkinson′s disease admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected by convenience sampling as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.Routine nursing intervention was performed during inpatient treatment.On the basis of routine nursing,75 patients in the experimental group received stepped speech rehabilitation combined with resistance exercise regularity rehabilitation training.The intervention time was 12 weeks.The changes of language function before and after the intervention were assessed,and the balance ability and daily living ability of patients before and after the intervention were investigated.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in each dimension of voice disturbance index and total score,speech expression score,speech articulation score,balance function score and daily living ability score(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,all dimensions and total score of voice disturbance index in experimental group were significantly lower than control group,speech expression score was significantly lower than control group,speech articulation score was significantly higher than control group,balance function and daily living ability score were significantly higher than control group,and there were significant differences in each index between comparison groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Stepped speech rehabilitation combined with resistance exercise regularity rehabilitation training for patients with Parkinson′s disease can effectively promote the improvement of patients′language function,and improve the patients′coordination and balance ability and daily life ability.
