摘要
大部分挥发性工业有机废气呈大风量、低浓度的特点,需要经过分子筛转轮或转筒吸附浓缩才能达到降低设备投资和节约能耗的目的。文章分析了市面上常见的分子筛转轮与转筒,分别从设备结构、投资、运行特点、能耗、安全性、吸附材料性能等方面进行了对比,并对吸附浓缩装置的选择给出了合理的建议。
Most volatile industrial organic waste gases are characterized by large volume and low concentration,and are needed to be adsorbed and concentrated by(cylindrical)molecular sieve rotor to achieve the purpose of reducing equipment investment and saving energy consumption.This paper analyzes the common(cylindrical)molecular sieve rotors in the market,compares the equipment structure,investment,operation characteristics,energy consumption,security,performance of adsorption materials and so on,and gives reasonable suggestions for the selection of adsorption and concentration devices.
