摘要
本文针对传统电除尘器进口喇叭内只安装气流分布板造成空间浪费及实际运行过程中第一电场阳极板收尘能力弱的问题,开展一种预荷电收尘装置的研究。该装置充分利用进口喇叭内部空间,不仅能够实现粉尘的预先荷电及气流均布作用,而且能够有效提高第一电场收尘效率,释放第一电场内部阳极板的收尘面积,后续电场所需集尘面积可以适当减小,有利于实现除尘设备的相对小型化,降低设备投资成本。
This paper introduces a pre-charge and dust collection device research to resolve the issue,air distribution plates only installed in inlet nozzles of traditional ESPs.This results in a waste of space and weakened charging ability of collection plates in first field.Taking advantage of the internal space of inlet nozzles can not only results in pre-charged dust and uniform air distribution,but also significantly improve dust collection efficiency of first field and release more dust collection area on internal collection plates of first field,and reduce the volume of collection area on following fields.Meanwhile,This device minimizes the total volume of ESPs and reduce the budget.
