摘要
目的通过检测青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)患者和健康青少年血清中的巨噬细胞相关细胞因子水平,探讨其与AIS骨骼发育的关系。方法该研究共招募了96名确诊为AIS的患者和100名健康对照组受试者作为研究对象,使用酶联免疫法检测血清中的巨噬细胞相关细胞因子(IL1β、IL2、IL10、IL12、IL23、TNFα、G-CSF)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果在轻度侧弯组中,IL23的水平相对于对照组有显著升高。而在重度侧弯组中,所有细胞因子的水平均显著高于对照组。这表明巨噬细胞及其分泌的细胞因子可能在AIS发展过程中发挥了重要作用。结论巨噬细胞相关细胞因子在AIS发病机制中可能起到关键作用。此研究为进一步确定AIS的病理生理过程提供了新的线索,并为AIS的治疗和预防提供了新的思路和方法。然而,该研究还存在一些限制,需要进一步深入研究来验证和探究这些发现。
Objective To investigate the relationship between macrophage-related cytokine levels in the serum of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)patients and healthy adolescents,aiming to explore their association with skeletal development in AIS.Methods A total of 96 diagnosed AIS patients and 100 healthy control subjects were recruited.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of macrophage-related cytokines(IL1β,IL2,IL10,IL12,IL23,TNFα,G-CSF)in the serum,followed by statistical analysis.Results The results showed a significant increase in IL23 levels in the mild curvature group compared to the control group.In the severe curvature group,the levels of allcytokines were significantly higher than those in the control group.These findings suggest that macrophages and their secreted cytokines may play an important role in the development of AIS.Conclusion Macrophage-related cytokines may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of AIS.This study provides new clues for a better understanding of the pathological processes underlying AIS and offers new insights and approaches for the treatment and prevention of AIS.However,there are limitations to this study,and further research is needed to validate and explore these findings in more depth.
