新时期医院信访问题成因分析及对策

在医疗体系改革背景下,信访工作已成为医院管理的重要内容,信访工作质量是否足够高,会对医患关系造成较大影响。新时期医院信访工作有了明显变化,工作量大、工作任务重、工作内容日渐复杂是医院信访呈现的新特征。医院信访是医院组织与患者群众建立有效沟通关系的重要桥梁,更是化解医患矛盾关系的主要措施。坚持围绕《信访工作条例》,积极做好医院信访工作,努力解决医院信访工作中出现的问题,能够显著提升患者就医满意度,让患者对医院更加认可,提升医院在区域范围内市场占有率,促进医院稳定、健康发展,更能在一定程度上推动和谐医院的建设。虽然医院已经建立了较为完善的信访工作体系,整体信访工作质量较为理想,但不可否认的是,当前医院信访工作依旧存在较多问题,必须尽快找出解决信访工作问题的有效措施,进而提高医院信访工作质量。文章简要分析了新时期医院信访问题成因,并提出了几点解决措施。

In the background of medical system reform,petition work has become an important part of hospital management.Whether the quality of petition work is high enough will have a great impact on the doctor-patient relationship.In the new period,there are obvious changes in hospital petition work.The new characteristics of hospital petition work are heavy workload,heavy tasks and increasingly complex contents.Hospital letters and visits is an important bridge between hospital organization and patients,and it is also a main measure to resolve the contradiction between doctors and patients.Sticking to the"Regulations on the work of leters and visits",doing a good job in the work of letters and visits to hospitals,and trying to solve the problems in the work of letters and visits to hospitals,can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients in seeking medical treatment,and make patients more approved of the hospital,to promote the market share of the hospital in the regional scope,promote the stable and healthy development of the hospital,and to a certain extent,promote the construction of harmonious hospitals.Although the hospital has established a relatively perfect working system for the present petition work,and the overall quality of the petition work is relatively ideal,it can not be denied that there are still many problems in the current hospital petition work,we must find out the effective measures to solve the problems of petition work as soon as possible,so as to improve the quality of hospital petition work.This paper briefly analyzes the causes of the problems of letters and visits in hospitals in the new period,and puts forward some measures to solve them.
