调剂管理创新在药剂科药品管理中的应用效果研究

Research on the application effect of innovative dispensing management in pharmaceutical drug management

目的探究药剂科药品管理中应用调剂管理创新的效果。方法此次研究时间起于2021年11月,止于2022年8月,共有对象60例,均选自青海省门源回族自治县中医院电子病历系统,该期间60例患者均在我院接受药物治疗,将其随机均分成两组,每组30例,对照组沿用传统药剂科管理办法,研究组应用创新调剂管理,对比两组管理办法的应用效果。结果研究组药品不合理使用率较对照组更低,P<0.05;研究组药品使用不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),P<0.05;研究组药剂科调剂时间、患者取药等待时间更短,药品使用有效率、去向准确率更高,P<0.05;实施创新调剂管理后患者满意评分显著上升,且研究组评分更高,P<0.05;研究组药剂科药品使用、信息化管理、分区质量监管、人员排班及科室培训评分更高,P<0.05。结论调剂管理创新的临床应用效果显著,可全面提高药剂科药品管理质量和药学服务质量,控制药品不合理使用现象发生,减少用药不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of innovation management of dispensing in pharmacy drug management.Method This study started in November 2021 and ended in August 2022,with a total of 60 subjects selected from our hospital's electronic medical record system.During this period,all of them received medication treatment in our hospital,with 60 cases randomly divided into 30 groups.The control group continued to use traditional pharmacy management methods,while the research group used innovative adjustment management to compare the application effects of the two management methods.Result The incidence of unreasonable drug use in the study group was lower than the control group,P<0.05;the adverse reactions of drug use in the study group(6.67%)were lower than those in the control group(26.67%),P<0.05;the study group had shorter dispensing time in the pharmacy department and shorter waiting time for patients to take medication,resulting in higher drug use efficiency and accuracy of destination(P<0.05);after implementing innovative adjustment management,the patient satisfaction score significantly increased,and the score of the study group was higher,P<0.05;the study group scored higher on drug use,information division area management,personnel scheduling,and department training in the pharmacy department,P<0.05.Conclusion The innovative clinical application effect of dispensing management is significant,which can comprehensively improve the quality of pharmaceutical drug management and pharmaceutical services,control the occurrence of unreasonable drug use,and reduce adverse drug reactions.
