参苓白术散合附子理中丸治疗脾气亏虚型功能性腹泻的疗效及对肠道菌群的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Fuzi Lizhong Pills on functional diarrhea caused by Qi deficiency and deficiency and its effect on intestinal flora

摘要 目的探讨脾气亏虚型功能性腹泻(FD)应用参苓白术散合附子理中丸治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年1月-2022年12月乐平市中医医院收治的80例FD患者分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组加用参苓白术散合附子理中丸治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肠道菌群及不良反应。结果相比于对照组,观察组临床总有效率较高,治疗后中医证候积分、大肠杆菌数量较低,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌较高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论脾气亏虚型FD患者应用参苓白术散合附子理中丸治疗可改善肠道菌群,促进临床症状改善,效果显著,安全性好,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Fuzi Lizhong Pills on functional diarrhea(FD)caused by Qi deficiency.Methods 80 FD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Fuzi Lizhong Pill.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,intestinal flora and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,the TCM syndrome score and the number of Escherichia coli were lower after treatment,while bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Fuzi Lizhong Pills can improve intestinal flora and promote clinical symptom improvement in patients with Qi deficiency type FD.It has significant effect and good safety,and is worth popularizing.
