针灸治疗重型颅脑损伤并发顽固性呃逆的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with intractable hiccup

目的探究针灸治疗重型颅脑损伤并发顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法选取2021年7月-2022年12月期间广州市花都区第二人民医院收治的60例重型颅脑损伤并发顽固性呃逆患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(常规化的治疗措施)、研究组(于前组基础上开展针灸治疗)各30例,比较两组治疗总有效率、呢逆减轻及停止时间、起效及疗效维持时间、并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,与对照组的76.67%相比更高(P<0.05)。研究组患者呢逆减轻、停止、起效及疗效维持时间与对照组相比更短(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为3.33%,与对照组的20.00%相比更低(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗重型颅脑损伤并发顽固性呃逆,可以提高治疗总有效率,有效控制患者的逆症状,延长疗效维持时间,减少并发症发生,值得临床采用。

Objective Analysis of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on severe craniocerebral injury complicated with intractable hiccup.Methods From July 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with intractable hiccup admited to the Second People's Hospital of Huadu District,Guangzhou were randomly divided into the control group(routine treatment measures)and the research group(acupuncture and moxibustion based on the former group),each with 30 cases,compared with the two groups in terms of treatment efficiency,hiccup relief and stop time,onset and efficacy maintenance time,and complications.Results The treatmentefectiveness rate of 96.67%in the study group was higher than thatof 76.67%inthe control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter time to alleviate,stop,take effect,and maintain the therapeutic effect of hiccup(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.33%lower than that in the control group of 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with intractable hiccup can improve the total effective rate of treatment,effectively control the symptoms of hiccup in patients,extend the maintenance time of curative effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical use.
