家庭联动式早期康复护理在阴道分娩产妇中的应用效果观察

Application effect of family-linked early rehabilitation nursing in vaginal delivery women

目的 探究家庭联动式的早期康复护理在阴道分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法 选择于永修县中医院2019年6月—2021年6月行阴道分娩的56例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组28例与观察组28例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采取家庭联动式的早期康复护理,均持续护理至分娩后3个月。比较2组心理状态、母乳喂养情况、自我效能及子宫复旧情况。结果 2组护理前心理状态、自我效能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均较对照组低,自我效能感评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组母乳喂养率(96.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),产后24 h宫底下降高度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭联动式的早期康复护理能够有效减轻阴道分娩产妇负性情绪,提高自我效能感及母乳喂养率,加快子宫复旧。

Objective To explore the application effect of family linkage early rehabilitation nursing in vaginal delivery women.Methods Fifty-six puerperae who underwent vaginal delivery in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into 28 cases of control group and 28 cases of observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given family-linked early rehabilitation nursing,which was continued until 3 months after delivery.The psychological state,breastfeeding,self-efficacy and uterine involution were compared between the two groups.Results The psychological state and self-efficacy before nursing were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The efficacy score was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group(96.43%)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%),and the height of the uterine fundus at 24 h postpartum was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-linked early rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotions of vaginal delivery women,improve self-efficacy and breastfeeding rate,and accelerate uterine involution.
