双歧杆菌四联活菌片药学特性评价 被引量:5

Pharmaceutical properties of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet

摘要 益生菌制剂能够在多种肠道菌群失调的疾病中起到治疗作用,临床应用广泛,同时药理特性复杂且独特,区别于一般化药。双歧杆菌四联活菌片(商品名:思连康)是由婴儿双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、粪肠球菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌4个菌种组成的活菌制剂,是临床常用的益生菌制剂之一,具有代表性。本研究对双歧杆菌四联活菌片的药学特性进行综述,呈现了本药在有效成分、作用机制、相互作用等维度上的药学特性,陈述了包括调节免疫、调节炎症和氧化应激、调节菌群平衡和调节代谢等方面的药理机制,对本药的药学特性进行了相对完善的综述。本研究认为双歧杆菌四联活菌片药学特性方面的研究较为丰富,菌种间互作的机制有待进一步探索。 Probiotics can play a therapeutic role in a variety of diseases with intestinal flora disorders and have wide clinical applications.The pharmacological properties are complex and unique,which is different from general drugs.Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet(Siliankang^(■))is a viable bacterial preparation composed of Bifidobacterium infantis,Lactobacillus acidophilus,Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus cereus.It is one of the commonly used and representative clinical probiotics.This study reviewed the pharmaceutical properties of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet,presented the pharmaceutical properties of this drug in the dimensions of active ingredients,mechanism of action,interaction,and stated the pharmacological mechanisms including regulation of immunity,regulation of inflammation and oxidative stress,regulation of flora balance,regulation of metabolism,which made a relatively complete review of the pharmaceutical properties of this drug.In the end,this study concluded that there were abundant researches on the pharmaceutical properties of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet,and the mechanism of bacterial species interaction needed to be further explored.
