贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压疗效和安全性的Meta分析

Efficacy and Safety of Benazepril Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Hypertension:a Meta Analysis

目的系统评价贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、the Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库(Wanfang data)、Sinomed、VIP数据库发表的文献,自建库以来到2022年4月。根据纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用Rev Man 5.3和Stata 16软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13项随机对照试验(RCT),包括患者1443例。Meta分析结果显示:服用贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的有效性明显优于对照组(单用贝那普利)[OR=3.44,95%CI(2.46,4.83),P<0.005],差异有统计学意义。贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪的安全性与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义[OR=0.43,95%CI(0.16,1.14),P=0.09]。结论现有证据表明,在有效性方面,贝那普利联合氢氯噻嗪的降压效果优于单用贝那普利,安全性方面两组无差异。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of benazepril combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Literatures published in PubMed,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data,Sinomed and VIP database were searched by computer from inception to April 2022.After literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 and Stata 16 software.Results A total of 13 randomized controlled trial(RCT)were included,including 1443 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that benazepril combined with hydrochlorothiazide was significantly better than the control group(benazepril only)in the treatment of hypertension with statistically significant difference[OR=3.44,95%CI(2.46,4.83),P<0.005].There was no statistical significance in the safety of benazepril combined with hydrochlorothiazide compared with the control group[OR=0.43,95%CI(0.16,1.14),P=0.09].Conclusion Existing evidence indicates that benazepril combined with hydrochlorothiazide has better antihypertensive effect than benazepril alone in terms of efficacy,and there is no difference in safety in two groups.
