中风康复1号方在气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Stroke Recovery No.1 Recipe in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的观察中风康复1号方对缺血性脑卒中中医辨证为气虚血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法选择丰城市中医院2021年1月至2022年11月收治的发病14 d以内确诊为气虚血瘀型的缺血性脑卒中患者60例,随机分为两组,其中试验组(中风康复1号方+基础治疗)30例,对照组(基础治疗)30例。采用NIHSS评分评价两组患者入院时及治疗后15 d神经功能损害情况,MRS评分评价治疗后15 d,30 d,90 d的神经功能恢复情况,根据《缺血性中风症候要素诊断量表》评定两组患者入院时,治疗后15 d,30 d,90 d的中医症候量表评分。结果试验组和对照组治疗15 d后,两组间NIHSS评分及MRS评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),证候量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.004);治疗30 d后,试验组和对照组比较,MRS评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.915),中医证候量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗90 d后,试验组和对照组比较,MRS评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.855),中医证候量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论中风康复1号方联合基础治疗对缺血性脑卒中气虚血瘀型患者治疗效果良好,适合在临床中推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of stroke recovery No.1 recipe on ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome differentiation.Methods 60 patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed as qi deficiency and blood stasis within 14 days admitted to Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including 30 cases in the experimental group(Stroke recovery No.1+basic treatment)and 30 cases in the control group(basic treatment).The NIHSS score was used to evaluate the neurological impairment of two groups of patients at admission and 15 d after treatment,while the MRS score was used to evaluate the neurological recovery at 15,30,and 90 d after treatment.Two groups of patients were evaluated based on the"Diagnosis Scale for Ischemic Stroke Syndrome Elements",TCM were obtained 15 days,30 days,and 90 days after treatment.Results After 15 d of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHHS score and MRS score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),while there was a statistically significant difference in syndrome scale scores(P=0.004);after 30 d of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MRS scores between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.915),while there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the TCM(P<0.001);after 90 d of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MRS scores between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.855),while there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the TCM(P=0.004).Conclusion The combination of stroke recovery No.1 recipe and basic treatment has a good therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
