补肾活血周期治疗联合西药对于宫腔粘连术后子宫内膜影响的临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of menstrual cycle therapy for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with Western medicine on endometrium after intrauterine adhesions

目的:探究补肾活血周期治疗联合西药对于宫腔粘连术后子宫内膜的影响。方法:选择子宫腔粘连手术患者作为研究对象,时间为2018年2月―2021年2月,病例数90例,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(45例)采用西药治疗,观察组(45例)采用补肾活血周期治疗联合西药,比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜血流参数。结果:治疗前两组患者子宫内膜厚度、血管搏动指数(Pulsatility Index,PI)、血管阻力指数(Resistance Index,RI)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)[对照组子宫内膜厚度(5.18±0.87)mm、PI(0.96±0.21)、RI(0.59±0.09),观察组子宫内膜厚度(5.17±0.84)mm、PI(0.98±0.15)、RI(0.61±0.10)];治疗后患者子宫内膜厚度增加,PI和RI指标下降,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度大于对照组。PI和RI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)[对照组子宫内膜厚度(6.68±1.02)mm、PI(0.86±0.02)、RI(0.50±0.11),观察组子宫内膜厚度(8.26±1.27)mm、PI(0.67±0.14)、RI(0.39±0.10)]。结论:在子宫腔粘连患者接受宫腔粘连术临床治疗过程中,采用补肾活血周期治疗联合西药可增加患者术后子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜血流参数,相比于单独对患者进行术后西药治疗,联合治疗具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of menstrual cycle therapy for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with Western medicine on endometrium after intrauterine adhesions.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients undergoing hysterectomy from February 2018 to February 202 were selected as the study subjects and divided by random number table method.The control group(45 cases)was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group(45 cases)was treated by menstrual cycle therapy for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with Western medicine.The endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow parameters were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness,PI and RI between the two groups(P>0.05)[endometrial thickness in the control group was(5.18±0.87)mm,PI was(0.96±0.21),RI was(0.59±0.09);the endometrial thickness in the observation group was(5.17±0.84)mm,PI was(0.98±0.15),RI was(0.61±0.10)].After treatment,endometrial thickness was increased,and PI and RI indexes were decreased,the difference was of a statistical significance(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was greater than the control group.PI and RI in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)[The endometrial thickness in the control group was(6.68±1.02)mm,PI was(0.86±0.02),RI was(0.50±0.11).In the observation group,endometrial thickness was(8.26±1.27)mm,PI was(0.67±0.14),RI was(0.39±0.10)].Conclusion:The combination of menstrual cycle therapy for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation combined with Western medicine can increase the postoperative endometrial thickness of patients and improve the parameters of endometrial blood flow in the clinical treatment of uterine adhesiveness.Compared with the postoperative Western medicine therapy alone,the combined treatment can obtain relatively high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
