多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者病耻感、生育压力调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of the stigma and fertility pressure of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and their influencing factors analysis

目的:探究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕症育龄患者病耻感、生育压力情况及其影响因素。方法:选取2019年9月-2022年7月本院门诊诊治的155例PCOS伴不孕症育龄女性为研究对象,使用病耻感量表及中文版生育压力量表对患者病耻感、生育压力进行评估。结果:患者病耻感总分57.0±22.9分,生育压力总分142.8±28.9分;受教育程度、家庭人均月收入、户籍性质、妊娠史、生育史、生育观念是增加患者病耻感及生育压力的风险因素(P<0.05);生育压力量表中社会关系、夫妻关系、无子女生活方式和父母角色需要是增加患者病耻感水平的风险因素(P<0.05)。病耻感评分与生育压力评分呈正相关(r=0.712,P=0.009)。结论:PCOS伴不孕症育龄女性病耻感呈中等水平,生育压力水平较高,二者具有相关性;其水平受患者教育程度、家庭收入、户籍性质、妊娠史、生育史、生育观念等多因素影响。

Objective:To investigate the stigma and fertility pressure status of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and to study their influencing factors.Methods:155 infertile women with PCOS were selected as the study subjects from September 2019 to July 2022.The stigma and fertility stress of these women were assessed and analyzed by ISS and M-FPI.Results:The total score of the stigma of the women was 57.0±22.9 points,and the total score of fertility pressure of the women was 142.8±28.9 points.The education level,the family per capita monthly income,the household registration,the pregnancy history,the birth history,and the fertility concept of the women were the main factors affecting their stigma and fertility pressure(P<0.05).The social relationship,the conjugal relationship,the childless lifestyle,and the parental role needing of the women evaluated by ISS were the important factors influencing their stigma level(P<0.05).The stigma scores of the women were positively correlated with their fertility pressure score(r=0.712,P=0.009).Conclusion:The reproductive age women with infertility and PCOS have moderate level of stigma and higher level of fertility stress,and both of which correlate each other.The stigma and fertility stress of the women have been influenced by the multi-factors,such as their educational level,family monthly per capita income,nature of household registration,histories of pregnancy and childbearing,and fertility concept.
