基于文献挖掘的半夏泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良化裁规律分析

An analysis on the regularity of treating functional dyspepsia with the Banxia Xiexin decoction based on literature mining

半夏泻心汤始载于张机(字仲景)所著《伤寒杂病论》,主治寒热错杂之痞证。此药被临床广泛用于治疗功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎、胃食管反流综合征、消化道溃疡等消化道常见疾病,是公认的治疗脾胃病良方。功能性消化不良是一种慢性、长期性、反复性疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。患者主诉疼痛、胀满、酸症状、胃纳虚弱等不适,然影像学、内镜等手段检查显示仅为胃肠功能异常。临床实践中,医师以半夏泻心汤为基础方治疗功能性消化不良积累了大量临床经验。文章总结近20年来半夏泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良的研究文献,并对基本方、症状、药味变化、治疗有效率及不良反应等方面进行统计分析,以期为半夏泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良应用、研发及设立中药制剂适应证提供参考。

The Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)was first published in Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》)written by the medical sage ZHANG Ji.It is widely used in common gastrointestinal diseases such as functional dyspepsia,chronic gastritis,gastroesophageal reflux syndrome,digestive ulcer and so on.It is recognized by first-line clinicians as a good prescription for treating spleen and stomach diseases.Functional dyspepsia is a chronic,long-term,and recurring disease that seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The patient complained of pain,fullness,acid symptoms,stomach weakness and other discomfort,but imaging,endoscopic examination and other means showed only abnormal gastrointestinal function.In clinical practice,doctors have accumulated a lot of clinical experience in treating functional dyspepsia based on the Banxia Xiexin decoction.This paper summarizes the research literature on the treatment of functional dyspepsia with the Banxia Xiexin decoction in the past 20 years,and makes a statistical analysis on the basic formula,symptoms,changes in drug taste,therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions,with a view to providing a reference for the application and research of the Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and the establishment of indications for TCM medicine preparations.
