麻杏石甘汤加减方辅助阿奇霉素与小剂量甲泼尼龙治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染性大叶性肺炎的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究麻杏石甘汤加减方辅助阿奇霉素与小剂量甲泼尼龙治疗儿童肺炎支原体性感染性大叶性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年12月在本院确诊且接受治疗的200例肺炎支原体感染性大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组给予阿奇霉素与小剂量甲泼尼龙治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加减方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、肺部阴影消失时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)高于对照组,C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加减方辅助阿奇霉素与小剂量甲泼尼龙治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染性大叶性肺炎的效果确切,可改善临床症状,促进病灶吸收和肺功能恢复。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin and low-dose methylprednisolone in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infectious lobar pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 200 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infectious lobar pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin and low-dose methylprednisolone,and the study group was treated with modified Maxing Shigan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The antipyretic time,cough relief time,lung rale disappearance time,lung shadow disappearance time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and adenosine deaminase(ADA)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin and low-dose methylprednisolone is effective in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infectious lobar pneumonia in children,it can quickly improve clinical symptoms,and promote lesion absorption and lung function recovery.
