摘要
目的探讨麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素、布地奈德治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年2月接受治疗的82例儿童大叶性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用阿奇霉素、布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加麻杏石甘汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的气道阻力低于对照组,胸廓顺应性、肺动态顺应性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的微小核糖核酸-223(miR-223)、微小核糖核酸-155(miR-155)表达水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤联合阿奇霉素、布地奈德治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的效果显著,可改善呼吸力学参数指标,下调miR-223、miR-155表达水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin and budesonide in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 children with lobar pneumonia who were treated from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin and budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the airway resistance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the thoracic compliance and lung dynamic compliance were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of micro RNA-223(miR-223)and micro RNA-155(miR-155)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction combined with azithromycin and budesonide has a significant effect on lobar pneumonia in children,which can improve respiratory mechanics parameters and down-regulate the expression levels of miR-223 and miR-155.
