集束化保温措施联合一站式急救护理模式在创伤后自发性低体温患者中的应用效果

Application effect of cluster heat preservation measures combined with one-stop emergency nursing mode in patients with spontaneous hypothermia after trauma

目的探究集束化保温措施联合一站式急救护理模式在创伤后自发性低体温患者中的应用效果。方法择取2020年1月至2021年12月我院接收的600例创伤后自发性低体温患者为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各300例。对照组实施一站式急救护理模式干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用集束化保温措施。比较两组的干预效果。结果急救时、完成急救后,观察组的体温高于对照组(P<0.05)。完成急救后,观察组的凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物-抑制剂复合物(tPAIC)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率、重症监护病房(ICU)入住率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化保温措施联合一站式急救护理模式可提高创伤后自发性低体温患者的急救效率,改善凝血状态,缓解低体温症状,降低不良事件发生率,减少ICU入住率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of cluster heat preservation measures combined with one-stop emergency nursing mode in patients with spontaneous hypothermia after trauma.Methods A total of 600 patients with spontaneous hypothermia after trauma received in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 300 cases in each group.The control group was given one-stop emergency nursing mode intervention,and the observation group was given cluster heat preservation measures on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results During first aid and after the completion of first aid,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the completion of first aid,the levels of thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),thrombomodulin(TM)and tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor complex(tPAIC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events and the occupancy rate of intensive care unit(ICU)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster heat preservation measures combined with one-stop emergency nursing mode can improve the first aid efficiency of patients with spontaneous hypothermia after trauma,improve coagulation status,relieve hypothermia symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and reduce ICU occupancy rate,which is worthy of promotion.
